...just one more thought on the freeze problem. I was browsing through the VFP 6.0 SP3 notes as to bug fixes and came across a bug fix for memory leaks resulting from multiple report previews. Upgrading to SP3 may be your solution. A ran across other mentions of memory leak fixes with SP3, such as on SET SYSMENU ON/OFF, so it sounds like upgrading to SP3 may help stability in general.
