One of my clients has a few thousand maps scanned into .tif files and wants them converted to jpg to make aviailable on the web site. The conversion software we have tried creates a jpg about 6 time the size of the desktop from a desktop sized tif.

Does anybody have any experience with conversion software that allows output specifications and lets you convert in batches?
