Hi Todd!

I agree with you, that how to change the restriction! I guess File section is one of the things that made and makes UT very popular. If the restrictions stays new users won't connect to our community, because they won't be able to test what they could get. Your suggestion would give some privilege for PUTMs. That is right, PUTMs have to get something for their money, but it would be a mistake to close up the resources for BUTMs. As sweet has no sense without bitter, the PREMIER state has no big value without the BASICs.

I am author of some shareware and freeware things available in File Section. (6 prgs withs sum of 4800 downloads) (My all income, that I got for these software, is 50$, altogether.) I wrote those to help others, not to earn the money. (and of course to be famous :) )
I regularly updates my softwares. How will earlier users download these new versions?
So I am afraid, that I have to find other ways to make available these softwares to others.
