Do it yourself - in the InteractiveChange code check for +, - or Up/Dn Arrow keystrokes and update the value appropriately.

There is a nice calendar class in Files which I call in the DblClick method of my date-textboxes. It loads the present month, has buttons to move months/years in both directions and returns the value you pick.
