Why don't you just use FoxPro to upload FoxPro files to SQL Server?

Alternately, in VB (but preferably in VFP)

Create a connection to SQL Server using ODBC
Use SQL Pass Thru to create the tables
Use SQL Pass Thru to insert each record

Or, just use the upsizing wizard in VFP.

Its not the Job Costing system is it? (I used to work for F1)
