Maybe when you upload a file, you can put an alternate download site in the description of the file? That way, BUTM's can still get it, although they have to go thru a bit more of a hassle.

In fact, that would be a better solution on the whole issue. If Michael made all the links that now goto the thingie that says, "You gotta be a PUTM" goto a page that says, "You should be a PUTM" and then after 10 seconds go on to what the user wanted. That way you *could* do whatever you wanted, but it would be a bit harder to get to.

Just a thought.

>>>First, until I can get the details worked out, any non-PUTM who runs into this problem with any of my files, can email me and I will be more than happy to forward the file(s) to them.
>>>
>>>Second, because I believe in this place, I had always used the UT as the exclusive source of any files I wished to share. I'm dis-continuing this policy. This will include the upcoming release of Obj2Bmp. I still believe in the UT and its value. I would still pay out of my own pocket for a PUTM. However, I cannot in any way, shape, manner or form agree with this policy.
