Hi Barbara - That's a common problem here, too, though I'm using Excel instead in my apps...someone speculated it could be registry problems, I don't know...anyway, I'm using GETOBJECT() instead, without any problems...If it's only one machine, maybe a Word/Office reinstall might help. I have too many with the problem to attempt that fix, though...
