I would think so. Plus we are all competing with our own ISPs resources and other members. By 11:00am CDT the west coast is working [9:00am there] by then as well. Thus you have the continental 48 States clogging the ISPs. However, I and several others also noticed some slowdowns late last week.

Michel is aware of this and is doing what he can to improve UT since that is basically the only part he has total control over. He is working with his ISP to help improve what he can with them.
