Collating sequences other than "Machine" are case insensitive, so when you create the index, you may

Set Collate to "General"

These non-machine sequences use double-byte equivalents for characters, so they have some overhead, and their Rushmore value is questionable (there was some dispute on this and I don't remember the outcome). But, they're great for incremental search.
