if that was the case...
per say jowshmoe has asigned rate3
in the table of rates fiedname rate3 has many countryes records underneath...
like
record# code country rate1 rate 2 rate3
1 011578 Colombia .23 .28 .32
2 011589 Paraguay .38 .39 .11
if joe made calls to colombia they are going to be at .32 cents cuse i asigned joe rate3
and the same for calls to paraguay..rate 3 at 11cents
but to jenny i asigned rate1
calls to colobia are going to be rated at .23 cents
and so on....
please bare with me...i'm 2 days trying to do this whithout any help whatsoever..
