You would first setup the right relationship in database file!!

At Database Tab, Select the Database root name (e.g. database1),
Click the Edit Button to add a Permanent relationship between 2 tables.

Then, wherever you create a VIEW,form,report,label...
Once you add both tables in DE, the relationship will automatically added!!

At least of the table has a primary Key to make Permanent relation!
To ensure make relation, there are some dummy record to make it sure is One-by-One or One-by-many!

If no data in either table, you can't add relationship to them... ~_~
