What is the key between rate_code and customer? Is the rate code stored in the customer table?

>>OK, I think I see. So a customer has a rate, from 1 to 20. I assume this is stored in your customer table. Do you want to store the applicable rates from the rate table to the customer table? Of is this a look-up as needed?
