I think you have a couple of options:

1. Don't use the mpr in your exe. Open the menu file and cut and paste the code into your app (most likely your main prg). You can then modify the code to, for example, use fields from a table as the prompts. This way the menu is dynamically built every time the app is run.

2. Your other option, as others have suggested, is to modify the mpr from within your app. To do this, I believe you will need to exclude your menu from being compiled into the exe and ensure you send the menu files with your app.

Personally, I like option 1. IMHO, I find it cleaner and easier to document.
