Another way is to group on the record number, start a new page for each group (and therefore for each record) and run the report for the entire table.

i understand what is doint ...im puting it in preview form

its taking customeid 1 and placing the first record of my vie in the report...
well, i have on top the customer information and in the midle of the page starts the call information of the customer ...for customer one more lass 500 calls should appear on my preview screen, but its only appearing one...
what i need to do is print customer one with all its call contents, custome 2 with all its contents asn so on...how do i do thet...i tried gruping it by customer id ostarting on a new page but id does not work..
can you please help me out Barbara....Thank you
