I've been working on a tool that produces HTML documents out of my projects. For proof-of-concept I've been concentrating on VCX's, but will extend to SCX's and PRG's once I've got it doing everything I want. It is intended to be a developer's tool, not User docs.

The tool also pulls comments that you flag out of the code and puts them on the HTML doc. If you are interested, I'd be happy to e-mail it to you.

I intend to use this as my sole documentation tool.
