As far as I know, it cannot be done. Closable is related to the ControlBox. You can create an empty icon file and then set ControlBox and Closable to true, but I don't think you want this. Or set up a pushbutton on the top left hand of the form and have the button close the form. I had to do the latter because of users closing a form via "X" while another form was on top. This caused a lot of errors for the users.
