- wwipstuff from www.west-wind.com , the advantage of this method is that you can email without an email client and send it directly to an SMTP server (very common)

- you can use MSMAPI (see the files section)
- you can automate an email client like Outlook (see "Automating Outlook with VFP" on 1999/06/24
- also there an email component at www.ClassyComponents.com

Quite a few ways. A search on "email" will produce a few more ideas and code.
