Thank you Edward and Craig. I already mentioned in my orginal posting, that I would like to avoid yet another ActiveX control. I know FoxPro is doing it internally by dynamically adding and removing panels. I wonder if anyone of you have any idea, how to address status bar object. Just like we address it in MS Status Bar ActiveX control.
