I wonder if you already have a Payroll program that you are re-writing, or are you starting from scratch? I am in the HR/Financials division of the company I work for, and I personally work on the HR/Payroll product... we have a Fox 2.6 product, and I am currently working on the VFP re-write.
We try to make the product very extensible and I am sure you could write some modules that are specific to the staffing industry. Also, I wonder if there would be any interest in our payroll engine as a COM object?
We could use some VAR's that know FoxPro.
