Very strange. How are you opening your tables? At the start of the application or using the DE? Are you using Private datasessions?

One thing I would try is to put a SET STEP ON in the LOAD then the INIT of the form. Compare the environment (open tables and other settings) between a situtation that works and the the one that doesn't work. There has to be some sort of difference.
