The path of the .DBC is kept in the header part of the .DBF files.

>Actually we are using an "Insert Into" for the data from the tables. The tables are created using the Stonefield Update and Reindex functions. This works well, albeit time consuming. We have kept a copy of the database on the client because we want to be able to run the client application when the host is down. However we are leaning towards not worrying so much about that and to just blast the dbc over whenever the program initializes. That is what I do to clean up these problems anyway. If we do that, then we will use the "Copy To" command for the dbc, dct and dcx files (plus the required Stonefield tables). What paths are hard coded?
