I'm not really standing up too much for MS here, since they have sometimes apparently used some rather heavy-handed, if not illegal, tactics themselves in the software industry. But consider that they have a sub-team that puts a lot of work into producing the Dutch (and all other language) versions of their software. That should have some market value on its own, notwithstanding your owning another version...
