>The confirmation dialog occurs every time I save a single message to a folder.
There I understand what you mean.
>What's more I need to select the proper folder each time, because it always defaults to the first folder name. If I could mark and save multiple messages at once, this confirmation step wouldn't be nearly as annoying. Am I missing something in my understanding of usage?
Before saving a message to a folder to need at least to read it. That's why the Save to folder is part of the message and not from the list.
>Thanks again. By the way, I think you've done a fantastic job with the Universal Thread! I tried the Microsoft Internet News Groups before coming here. This is so much better! I'm so excited!!
Thanks for the comments.
The newsgroups protocol is one of the oldiest way of technical support on the Internet. Since it has to be a common standard, that's why it does not evolve fast. The Universal Thread is offering at least about the same of Newsgroups, Listserv, CIS interfaces and extended options not available elsewhere.
I took note of all your suggestions and some of them might be applicable as fast as within the next week. However, some other comments will be evaluated and a few of them might not be applicable.
Thanks for the suggestions. If you have other comments about them, you can send me a private email.
