Sorry, no - I haven't run into this particular problem on my systems (I handle ActiveX control registration and installation differently than most people do, so I can't help a great deal if the documented fix doesn't work.) I assumed that you instaleld the control properly on the machine using Setup Wizard and then ran Fox.REG on the target machine afterwards; if not, the control isn't installed properly. Simply copying an ActiveX control onto a machine is not an adequate installation of the controil.
