Take a look at what i did for 411 and 911, and use those as a model for what needs to be done. Again, the DO CASE...ENDCASE is forcing things not to be looked up if they don't meet your set of acceptable prefix criteria; simply adding records isn't going to work if you don't allow for the number to be picked up in lcSeekValue in the DO CASE...ENDCASE.

It's all the same problem.
