You have to run the report twice to do this. Create a report variable that can hold the number of pages in the report, and set it to 0 at first. Run the report once (you can just print it to a file or something and then delete the file), and then record the value of _PAGENO to your variable, and then run the report again, this time to the printer or preview screen. A PITA, I know, but it's the only way we've got.
