meaning put a pause.....
the function is suposed to return to me the following
this is my table of rates (bas structire..it was given to me as is)

code country rate1 rate2 raten
0115758 Colombia .23 .15 .32

what i need to do is the following
customer john doe has a preset rate2
he made a call to 011575898555 this means the call was made to colombia
i dee the function to return me .15 cents cause the customer had a rate2
