First, my post clearly mentioned that I was referring to this thread.
I saw this, and I'll say that Ed lacked tact in his response. He had a strong opinion, and he voiced. I may not agree with the way he did it, but not invalidate his point. You do him a disservice, however, by taking his response out of the context in which it occurred. In fairness, you should've also posted (here and in your other references to this), what prompted this as well. Perhaps, he offended you, but weren't you also offended at what prompted it. Seriously, which is the more egregious: Solication of a felony or lack of tact?
