That's a difficult topic, because it doesn't depend on the license agreement, but on local laws, too. In Germany, for example, some parts of the license agreements from Microsoft are just plain illegal. We have consumer protections laws here that define what a customer can do and what she can't do, no matter what the license agreement says. For example, you can make more than one backup copy, not just one as Microsoft requires. One further problem here is that this depends what kind of customer who are, there are different laws for professional use and private use.
