No doubt Ed is correct. I just periodically sweep through my development directories and do:

COMPILE *.PRG
COMPILE FORM *.SCX
COMPILE CLASSLIB *.VCX

IOW, I don't depend on the project manager's recompile all option when I want to be 100% certain.
