XCase lets you use ERD's to design VFP databases, and it will even let you print the ERD in color. XCase also does a lot more than just ERD's. It is advertised here on the UT...if you go to their web site, you can download a demo version.

I have also heard that the latest version of Visio will let you do ERD's for VFP and an assortment of other databases as well. I have yet to try it myself, but it is supposed to be pretty good.
