I wonder if it's me you are talking about. If it's so, I:
- Couldn't make any sense of what your problem was
- Saw that other members had responded to your post and was waiting to see your response to them
- Don't have much time
- Don't spend the day logged on UT to watch the threads

Don't expect to get an answer from a single member here all the time. The way it work most of the time is that a member will respond to your post and another member will join the thread later on.
