Yes, you can download any or all of the SP1 components from a site linked to by the ZDNN article. Second Edition is not a free upgrade, however; if you don't have an MSDN Professional or Universal subscription, the upgrade cost will be in the $15 + S&H range as I understand it. Second Edition should be included in the June MSDN Professional and Universal distributions, and can be downloaded from the MSDN subscription site now if you have an appropriate subscription.
