Create the different frames in paintshop pro or any other image editor application. Save each frame i.e. pic1, pic2, pic3..in sequence. Then add a timer to your form.

Set the Interval depending on the speed of the gif.
Enter the code to show the different frames in the timer event.

And there you go..an animated gif.
