Jeff is correct. The license says the information is for DevCon attendees only. However, many DevCon speakers post their speaker notes at other locations. For example, last year Randy Brown did the MTS session. His speaker notes and the MTS/VFP whitepaper on the MS-VFP site are almost identical. Poke around some of the VFP web sites, and those that belong to DevCon speakers...you just might find their notes there.
