If your read the help file under 'specifying a resource file', you will find that there is a -L switch used to tell VFP which language to use.
Aren't they telling you that that a version can be used with another language .DLL?
Unfortunately I could never made it work. I received a copy of VFP 5.0 at the 1996 DevCon in English and I struggled with Microsoft to get the Spanish .DLL and never received a solution. I wanted to buy this .DLL if necessary.
Could it be that very little people needs to take advantage of this feature or that developers for international customer would rather pay for a new version?
