The reason I am asking that because I have a cable connection to the Internet and while for the development I dont have to be connected to it in order to 'see' Internet on NT machine I have enabled Proxy instead of entering an phisycal IP addrress. I use SyGate as an IP router which is running on 98 machine (the development one).
