I don't think there is an easy answer, since the form at run time will use the Height and Width properties. So what you set them to be at design time, that is what is going to be used at run time. Even if you can find out what resolution is the system running when the form is instantiated, the form may be resized to fit the screen, but you may need to do the same thing with every single control on the form. Not an easy thing to do.
