OH, by the way, one weakness is that I am starting with a "seed" label, because I don't know how to get the other half (label.frt) without going thru MODI LABEL. So I'm only editing the meta table to adjust to other label formats. Is there a way to trap for a corrupt or missing label form, then programmaticaly create it?
