Before you change the data source, set the recordsource property to '' then once you have made your changes, set the recordsource back to the name of the table. If you change fields or field order, you might still not get it to work correctly... but if the fields stay the same, things should be ok.

>I'm changing it in the code. I need to display different cursors depending on what the user enters and the user can change the entry at any time. I then need to change the recordsource for the grid. Once that is changed, the onclick and dblclick methods no longer work.
