Wow, this friendly thread starts to turn stormy. George's "rain" as the pun-meister is weak; there are threatening skies. I expected a blizzard, not just a drizzle of replies. But this is drifting towards inconclusion, blowing itself out.

Oh, the "humidity" of finally replying to this thread.

>I thought you folks were friends, I "gust" that you were just "snowing" me. "Weather" or not you are, I really think that asking people to shovel thru piles of "partly cloudy" like this is not exactly what the "forecaster" called for. Instead you per"sun"'s should revel in the "clear and warm" feelings of friendship that pervade among the "higher elevations" of the UT.

>*gack* even I am dis"gust"ed by this thread. I'll watch for the wind to change its direction, and "wind" that happens, I'll return.

>>>>>>After chastizing Mark, you're going there? The normal state of the mind of Geo is only to offer up puns where they're so obvious I can't resist. Otherwise, I'll ponder the post, and let go with the flood. Well, my "rain" as the "pun-czar" (personal joke) remains unabated. Maybe a "sprinkle" here and there, and maybe a "downpour". Let's not be "partly cloudly" about this, let's at least have some "partial clearing" on the issue. You don't really want to con-"front" me here.

I'm prepared to take this into the stratosphere. I won't pressure you, but this is only a slight barometer of what can occur.

>>>Before the temperature starts to rise, George, we might want to consider what this tempestuous cloudburst might do. We mustn't flood the conference with a shower of such exchanges without considering the effect on the climate of the board. But if you're game, so am I!

>>I'll try not to be long wind-ed here and try not come our with something on the gale force level. I'll try to keep my feet on the ground, nothing occluded here.

>>I won't try to say something like I always thought that an isobar was a place to get a drink of iso. Neither will I conjecture that if there's a dew point, is there a don't point? I'm not trying to freeze you out here. I'm just hoping that this doesn't drift into an area we don't want it to go. Or be totally washed away by this flood. I'm not hot tempered, nor am I completely cool as cucumber. I'd say I'm mild (followed by a 50% chance of showers, which means you won't be all wet, only half-wet). Speaking of being a half-wet, I didn't mean to bring any Jim Carey characters into this. I don't want this to get into some sort of area of high pressure, but in all things there's that and the low's too.
