Monitor size, per se, doesn't affect it at all; the real issue is screen resolution - the number of dots wide and high, as far as the form.

You can force a form to maximize by setting the Form's WindowState Property to 2. You may need to resize the display - adjusting control positions, enlarging grids and the like - there are sample classes for this here on UT in the Files Section that might give you some ideas.
