What do you mean by it doesn't work? Do you mean that help doesn't appear when the user presses F1? If so, look at this link on Microsoft's site: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q194/1/96.asp
There are some files needed to run HTMLHelp from within FoxPro.
