In addition to the other suggestions, check out Garrett Fitzgerald's Word 97 Constants file in the Classes/VCX section of the Files area (click on the yellow file cabinet). I use it REGULARLY.

There is another file listed in the WinAPI section with a link to Microsoft, but I haven't looked at it.
