Most of the times we go in files area and chk the recent entries for any new file uploaded....

If 'New' icon comes on Top of File Cabinet icon(On the Main screen i.e. when we login and come in main UT Screen), we can easily come to know when the info. is updated...

Same thing can be applied to other sections like kb, faq etc...
