Codebase (
www.codebase.com) makes a DLL library that can verify CDX integrity on open shared tables, this is the only way I've found to do it so far.
>>Is there a way to check if a .cdx file is corrupt without opening the table it pertains to? Sometimes if the server crashes here, one particular cdx becomes corrupt, and I'd like to be able to check for this within my code in case I ain't here at the time. Thanks in advance...

>No. How can you tell if the CDX is not corrupt without comparing it to the data? However, if your server is crashing frequently, you have something else wrong. What's causing the server to crash?
