Hi Patricia and thanks for the reply,

We have some large maps (2d), which I would like to view, quick search,
for a particular location, and access linked data. We have a lot of information which already exists on the AS400 which relates to our maps, e.g., customer records, telephone poles, pedestals, buried and aerial cable. So far, I have found a program 'Dr DWG Pro' which may allow me to view the acad files and create links to either PC dbf files or direct to the AS400. I've just started using VFP 5.0.
