Thanks a lot in showing interest in my problems.

I also wanted to know that How to set up a few defaults in Config.fpw files, as I tried to include a few options such as, STATUS BAR = OFF, PATH = ... etc, and kept the Config.fpw file in the same directory of EXE file. But it is not seems to be taking this commands. Also pls guide me How I can divert my tempoarary as well as a few other files I create during the application, in specific directory or the Local directory of User.

At present I noticed, that the files are created in Desktop directory by default and are displayed on the Windows Desktop. This may have happen as I've created a shortcut to the EXE on the Desktop ???

Make sure temp files are going to the local drive. This is set in CONFIG.FPW. Also, check your index tags and queries to make sure your queries are optimized.
