Use RegEdit and export the following to a .REG file:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\6.0\Options

Then all you have to do is double-click on it to insert it into the registry. You can evein edit the file with Notepad if you need to change anything.

Just remember, this method will not delete a setting only insert new or modify what is already there. If you remove a file from the class list, this will not remove it from the registry. You will have to use the Tools/Options to do this.
