If you are talking about the window control icons, that mean you are probably in Windows '95. To remove that you'll probably have to access Windows '95 directly which will not be done by a FoxPro command. To remove the menu title bar, you can define a window which will act as a desktop window to take to maximum area. It's like a splash screen that appear when you start an application, there is no menu on it.
